Manzil Mystics is a Delhi-based choir band, music institute, and nonprofit organization dedicated to making music accessible and sustainable for everyone. It operates within the Manzil ecosystem (www.manzil.in), a youth-led learning center established by Ravi Gulati, an alumnus of IIM Ahmedabad. Manzil empowers lower-income students by fostering a supportive community and providing resources for learning, teaching, creativity, and collaboration.
With a focus on three main areas, Manzil Mystics uses music creatively to bring about positive change:
Education: Developing life skills and socio-emotional learning in affordable/low-income schools.
Women Empowerment: Raising awareness about women's rights, equality, and health challenges.
Livelihoods: Training aspiring musicians for careers in music and related professions.
They utilize a variety of resources to deliver their programs effectively, including a music learning institute, a mobile music bus and recording studio, a performing music band, a diverse collection of recorded songs (including original compositions), a well-structured curriculum for teaching life skills through music to children, and a talented team of composers and musicians.
